Terms and Conditions

Last updated: Sep 1, 2026

By accessing our website or booking a call, demo class, or course with us, you agree to the following terms.

Our Services

Zee Institute provides online Quran and Tajweed education for students of various ages and levels. Course content, scheduling, and teaching format are subject to availability and may be adjusted to suit individual student needs.

Booking and Scheduling

Call and demo bookings are made through our website's scheduling system, based on available time slots. Time slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until confirmed. We reserve the right to reschedule a call or demo class in case of unforeseen circumstances, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

Free Demo Class

Free demo class is offered as an introductory opportunity to experience our teaching style. Attending a demo class does not obligate you to enroll in a paid course.

Course Enrollment and Payment

Course plans, durations, and pricing will be clearly communicated to you before enrollment. Payment terms, methods, and any refund conditions will be provided separately at the time of enrollment. Prices and course offerings are subject to change; any changes will not affect students already enrolled under a previously agreed plan.

Cancellations and No-Shows

If you're unable to attend a scheduled call or class, we kindly ask that you inform us as early as possible so the time slot can be offered to another student. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect future scheduling priority.

Course Continuation, Pause & Re-Enrollment Policy

Course Continuation: Upon successful completion of a course, students are strongly encouraged to enroll in the next course in sequence to continue their learning journey without interruption.

Resuming After Pausing a Course: If a student wishes to pause their course, this must be negotiated directly with our team in advance. Once approved, the student's course progress will be saved. Whenever the student wishes to resume, they simply need to contact our team, and their course will continue from exactly where they left off, at no additional cost for the remaining portion of that course. Once the student completes that course and enrolls in the next course in sequence, standard fees will apply for the new course, the previous (paused-then-completed) course remains free of further charges.

Re-Enrollment After Leaving a Course: If a student leaves a course, whether by informing our team or without notice, and later wishes to enroll again, their course progress will be lost, and the course will restart from scratch. The student will be required to pay the full amount for the new schedule of their choice.

Non-Response Policy: If Zee Institute attempts to contact a student for 3 consecutive days and receives no response within 3 Days (72 hours), the student will be considered to have left the course uninformed, and the re-enrollment policy will apply if he/she wishes to enroll again.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for 3-Month plans. 1-Month and 2-Month plans are non-refundable. Active Students with a 3-Month plan may request a refund within 14 days after payment. After this 14-day period, Zee Institute is not obligated to process a refund request.

No-Refund Upon Course Exit: Once a student's enrollment status is changed to "Left (Informed/Uninformed)", the enrollment will be considered officially terminated. From that point onward, the student will not be eligible for a refund, and Zee Institute will have no obligation to process or issue any refund related to the enrollment.

Partial Hifz Program

Zee Institute currently offers a Selected Surahs in Hifz Program. This program includes memorization of selected Surahs from Juz' 30 (30th Para), along with other selected Surahs such as Surah Yasin, Surah Ar-Rahman, Surah Al-Mulk, and additional Surahs determined by the student's age, ability, potential, and commitment. A complete Quran Hifz program is not currently offered.

Conduct

We expect all students and parents/guardians to engage respectfully with our teachers and staff. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services in cases of inappropriate conduct.

Communication Policy

All communication between students and teachers must take place exclusively through the official learning platform provided by The Zee Institute. Students may not contact teachers through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, social media, or any other external platform. Violation of this policy may result in the suspension or discontinuation of services at the discretion of The Zee Institute.

Progress Expectations

Every student learns at a different pace. Progress may vary based on age, previous Quran knowledge, cognitive ability, consistency, parental involvement, and individual effort. Comparisons with other students should not be used as a measure of expected progress.

Student & Parent Responsibility

Success at any of the provided courses requires regular attendance, daily revision (Muraja'ah), consistent practice at home, and active participation. Parents or guardians are expected to provide appropriate support and encourage the student to follow the teacher's instructions.

Limitation of Liability

Zee Institute shall not be held responsible or liable for slow progress or failure to achieve expected results if a student does not maintain regular attendance, fails to complete assigned revisions, is distracted during lessons, lacks focus, or does not follow the learning techniques and methods prescribed by the teacher.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
